We had a great weekend of shooting for our upcoming Pastor’s House DVD. We are hoping to wrap up shooting on Wednesday.
The theme of this video, and Lord willing this series of videos, is Father-Child Projects. The goal is to equip fathers with things they can do with their children on a Saturday morning or afternoon to help build strong bonds with their children.
This production is a real family project. A lot of the tools in the “Pastor’s workshop” belonged to my dad. I got them when he passed away in 1991. The saw horses we are using were given to me by my father-in-law, Bob Murphy (my kids grandpa). My oldest son, Zack, is the director and camera operator. My six year old son, Thomas, is the co-host with me.
I am not at liberty to release too many more details yet about what the first project is, but I promise you it will be something the entire family will enjoy building and then using once it is built. Your family will get years of enjoyment and family bonding time with it.
Look for some behind the scenes photos coming soon.
